To return any kit due to incorrect product issue or postal damage please contact us on the email address below with the following details, we will then issue a returns authorisation number for the item - please do not mail any items by return without the correct returns number, they will be returned to you.

Please state the following information :-
Fitting Faults :- Remove the film and request returns authorisation on the miss fitting part detailing the error experienced - we will require all miss fitted parts returned to be checked by our cutting crew, items returned which are found to be a match for the template for your car ordered will not be replaced. We have had a number of items returned "claiming not to fit"when the templates in fact do fit but the section was in fact damaged on installation by the fitter, we will not replace these parts under the guise of miss-fit.

Damaged kits / components will be replaced following Cut / Vehicle checking - Due to the nature of this product and it manufacture/cut specifically for your car we do not offer refunds - please see our terms and conditions online.
