Terms &Conditions of Ordering.
Please ensure prior to ordering that you have read our terms and conditions.
All kits are cut to order - this process takes 7-21 days from the day of ordering. All kit's are individually manufactured, packaged and supplied to you immediately following this process by recorded delivery - requiring a signature within the United Kingdom.
If your order period has extended beyond this time frame please contact us for a status or tracking number for your order.
Prior to ordering your kit it is important that you understand the following - they directly affect your usual rights when ordering from a distance seller such as ourselves and we are required to make you aware of these issues :-
1. There are no refunds or returns for cancellations, your kit is specifically cut to your requirements and tint type requested and is therefore as individual as a carpet for your home, we are unable to resell any kits and as such no refunds are offered under any circumstances. This differs from the normal 7 day distance selling regulations and we are required by law to make you aware of this prior to you placing your order with Tintexpress. All sales are final.
2. All items are guaranteed against defects and thoroughly checked prior to dispatch by our computerised cutting systems, if the item is faulty we will require the film returned to check, if you fail to keep the removed film which was defective we are unable toreplace your product, even if the film is in pieces, we will re-assemble to establish any problem for fitting.
3. Upon arrival - prior to opening the kit - check to ensure we have supplied the correct kit and tint type, if you open and damage the kit and it did not fit or was unsuitable we are not able to replace this kit for you. All kits are clearly labeled on the outside of the kit tube so that there is no need to unroll. Should you open the kit and attempt to install, only to find out it is the incorrect kit, we areunable to supply you with another, measure each window in turn against yourwindow for sizing, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIT if you see a cutting error, report this HERE immidiately.
4. If any part is damaged during installation unpacking these can be purchased separately at a small cost per window, we do not cover self damage under your warranty. Your warranty does not cover damage on installation, if you claim that the item was miss fitting, we will as stated above require the miss fit returned to check.
5. If an item is lost in the mail, place a support request HERE and we will attempt to trace the package for you - if nothing can be located we will immediately re-order your kit for replacement.
